Milma’s Support to Franchisees

1. Financial Support 💰

Milma reduces the initial burden on franchisees by sharing key setup and operating costs. Franchisees benefit from:

  • Setup Assistance: Contribution of up to ₹2 lakh, provided against a bank guarantee.
  • Rent Support: Monthly reimbursement of ₹25,000 or 50% of actual rent (whichever is lower) for one year.
  • Utility Support: Monthly reimbursement of ₹5,000 or 25% of electricity charges (whichever is lower) for one year.
2. Operational Support ⚙️

To ensure smooth functioning and a consistent brand experience, Milma provides:

  • Equipment & Branding Assets: Freezers, coolers, billing software, and standard branding materials (assets remain Milma’s property).
  • Training: Comprehensive training in operations, hygiene, customer service, and product handling.
  • Design Guidelines: Standardized interior and exterior layouts for uniform brand identity across outlets.
3. Sales Support 📈

Milma actively supports franchisees in driving sales and growing local business:

  • Dedicated Store Manager: One manager per outlet to develop sales through tie-ups with supermarkets, corporates, and catering units.
    Monthly remuneration: ₹20,000 (disbursed via the franchisee).
  • Marketing Assistance: Regular festival campaigns, product launches, and promotional material to attract and retain customers.
